By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

 

 

I. GENERAL TERMS

Provide visual references as I do not work with descriptions.

Rude or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a termination of service.

 

 

II. PROCESS

 

Commissions must be paid in full upfront, in USD, unless I explicitly state otherwise.

WIPs will only be given if the client personally asks for it and the price exceeds 40$, or if I need confirmation regarding the commission.

 

Commissions will be completed within 30 working days. This range may fluctuate depending on many factors such as health, order of commission and complexity. You will be notified ASAP if any of the aforementioned occurs.

 

Small changes can be made after a commission is finished such as colouring/marking mistakes..

Any big changes such as an outfit or background change will come with an extra fee.

 

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to request minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order!

III. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

 

As the artist I retain every right to the produced drawing. I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork in any shape or form unless the client has purchased a private commission.

 

The client is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, such as printing and for character references, unless purchasing commercial rights. Credit is always necessary.

 

Private commissions will not be streamed on Twitch or posted publicly and come with a 50% fee.
Commercial rights allow you to make merch such as shirts and stickers; and come with a 300% fee.

 

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork even if it is edited or altered.

IV. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

 

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your order at any time.

You may not cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment is sent.

The client has the right to cancel the commission if money has not been sent yet.

 

 

Any statement is prone to change if discussed with me prior to the commission.
